RD Perspectives Consulting was born inspired by a simple principle: most organisations want to be successful, most leaders in an organisation want to genuinely contribute to the success of their organisation, and most front-line employees also want their organisation to be successful.
Despite this, what we see a lot is consulting companies offering the “same customised” interventions to everyone, often overpromising and underdelivering. Research in organisational change demonstrates that about 80% of change programs in organisations end up failing.
