Grounded in personality psychology and specifically in the Five Factor Model, the Hogan Assessments provide leaders with significant insights on positive aspects of their personalities as well as when these aspects may become derailers. It also explores the inside of personality through motivations, preferences, and values.

Grounded in positive psychology, Clifton’s Strengths helps leaders discover their natural talents that can be converted into impactful strengths. This assessment promotes strength-based leadership which focuses on optimising natural talents while managing “weaknesses” or gaps; shifting the culture of organisations to position performance as a collective strength.

Theoretical framework

Grounded in multiple theories including psychoanalytic theory, behavioural theory and implicit leadership theories, behavioural assessments focus on identifying key behaviours of success in an organisation and the extent to which a leader displays such behaviour in both their identity and reputation. This assessment allows for deep insights on development opportunities.
