LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
We believe the purpose of leadership is to enable self and others to act, with empowerment and galvanise teams to want to do the things that need to be done. We help our clients align their organisation’s strategy to the fundamental competencies and leadership behaviours that leaders should exhibit to drive success. Our leadership interventions are designed to account for both role complexity and market demands. We focus on amplifying the taxonomy of skills required for effective leadership, supported by a psychological lens: high self-aware leaders can drive the change their organisation needs; as well as contextualising it to multiple dimensions of culture within the location and within the organisation.
TRAINING FOR L&D PROFESSIONALS
At RD Perspectives we are experts in designing and implementing effective learning interventions, as a result from cumulated years of academic, scientific research and practical experience creating learning programmes globally. We offer modular, RD certified programmes for professionals in Learning & Development roles, or individuals in pursuit to become L&D professionals. These programmes expand to truly learn and excel at assessing, designing, implementing, and monitoring learning effectiveness. In addition, our L&D professionals offer one-on-one coaching services to support individual needs and maximise the outputs from the learning.
EXECUTIVE COACHING SERVICES
Executive coaching is a personalised, professional development process aimed at enhancing the leadership skills and performance of senior executives and leaders. Through one-on-one sessions, our ICF accredited executive coaches help senior leaders identify strengths, areas for improvement, and goals, while providing feedback, guidance, and support. The coaching process focuses on improving decision-making, emotional intelligence, communication, and strategic thinking. It also helps executives navigate challenges, manage stress, and align their leadership style with organisational objectives. Ultimately, our approach to executive coaching aims to drive personal growth and organisational success by empowering leaders to maximise their potential and effectiveness.
